The Chattel Group has purchased two farms located less than a mile from Hattiesburg city limits, in the heart of Oak Grove, at the corner of Oak Grove Road and Joe Traylor Road...absolutely a prime residential location.

This project will be connected to the Le Papillon Utility Co, LLC sewage treatment facility.  There may be as many as 125 home sites available.   We plan to semi-balance the site in order to give a less costly foundation and stem wall construction. 

Phase I of Chanticleer will have approximately 24 home sites available.   The preliminary site plan is available on this website on the 'Plat' page.
